Mission Exteriors is led by three Overland Park natives who take pride in improving the properties and community they grew up around.
Will Huggins leads our Hardscaping, Landscaping & Drainage division. A former SEC football player, Will brings discipline, leadership, and attention to detail to every project. He oversees custom patios and walkways, complete landscape transformations, grading, sod and rock installation, and drainage systems designed to make outdoor spaces more attractive, functional, and built to last.
Parker Goyer leads our Exterior Restoration & Surface Protection division. After spending five years in Colorado gaining hands-on experience in asphalt and concrete sealing, Parker returned home to Overland Park with specialized knowledge in protecting and restoring exterior surfaces. He oversees paver restoration, professional power washing, concrete sealing, asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, and pavement maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
Gryphon Hayes serves as our Sales & Client Relations Director. Gryphon works closely with customers from the first conversation through project completion and beyond. He focuses on honest recommendations, clear expectations, responsive communication, and long-term client relationships. He also leads our customer outreach and retention efforts, ensuring each client continues to receive attentive service after the job is complete.
